Application for Board

The Application for Board enables a Member running for the board to provide the membership with their experience, qualifications and goals. The board of directors shall be elected by the members of the association. Each board member serves a term of 3 years. The terms overlap so either 1 or 2 positions are open for election at the Annual meeting. Any member of the association may run for the board.

Architectural Review Committee Form

The ARC Form or Architectural Review Committee Form is used to request approval for changes to a lot or dwelling. Most applicants receive a response within a week or two, however the declaration specifies 30 days as the maximum time allotted.
